The “Protection of personal data act” (D.lgs. n. 30th June 2003, n. 196 Suppl. Ord. Gazzetta Uffic. n. 24 of 29/07/2003), art. 13 imposes the duty to inform the people concerned about the different basic elements of personal data treatment, specifying them in points from a) to f), of the first paragraph. The present statement requests you to consent (art. 23) to the treatment of personal data, which are necessarily processed by our staff for routine business operations. In reference to art. 13 let you note that:

Purpose.
Personal data are processed for needs and execution of the obligations arising out from relations with you and/or with your organization, eg. contracts, or your specific requests; fulfillment related to or instrumental in contracts; fulfillment of legal obligations, regulations, rules; fulfillment of fiscal and/or accounting duties; suppliers’ management; customers; offers, possible cases; advertising, collaboration offers, in anonymous form to make statistics and market researches.

Processing methods.
The treatment of personal data is done through papers, magnetic and computer tools to assure you the security and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the minimum security measures under the Technical Regulation all. B of the Privacy code. This information is given to collect data directly from the people concerned (art. 13, first paragraph), as well as to collect data from third parties (art. 13, fourth paragraph).

Data transmission and consequences in case of refusal.
The data transmission by you is required to let us to effectively carry out the contractual obligations of any possible collaboration; your refusal to provide data or to consent their treatment may make impossible to carry out the same treatment and to acquire the necessary information.

Diffusion.
Your data will not be disclosed, but they may be conveyed to the following categories of persons: indoor/outdoor persons making specific tasks on behalf of our company (accounting, financial, tax, information systems’ management, market research, protocol, administration, purchasing, everyone who is authorized in writing to carry out any treatment); banks and financial institutions for the management of takings and payments arising out of services, contracts, supplies; corporations, trusts or associations with the aim of protecting credit; controlled, controlling or associated companies, and public entities pursuant to the law, regulation, communal rule also after inspections or checks. Their distribution will be limited to a minimum. Any further communication and diffusion will be subject to your explicit consent.

Access rights: (art. 7)
1. The people concerned have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The people concerned have the right to obtain the indication of:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;
d) the identification data of the people concerned, of the persons in charge and of the representative designated under the art. 5, second paragraph;
e) the subjects or subjects’ categories to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can come to knowledge about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. The people concerned have the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the rectification that is, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the delation, the transformation into anonymous form or the freeze of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or afterwards processed;
c) the certification that the operations in points a) and b) have been notified, as also for their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or spread, except if this requirement turns out impossible or involves a quantity of means disproportionate instead of the protected right.

4. The people concerned have the right to object, totally or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data pertinent to the people concerned, even if connected with the collection’s purposes;
b) to the processing of personal data pertinent to the people concerned for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market researches or commercial communications.

Collection and use of information

Our primary aims in collecting personal data are to give you assistance with the Product and Services made available through the site, for example, to communicate with you and manage your registered user account, if you have one.

Information collected at the time of registration.
If you wish to have access to certain restricted sections of the site you’ll have to register and introduce some personal data. This happens many times, such as when you sign up to receive a user account, or if you wish to receive promotional material and information.
